The City of Otsego is seeking out bids for 1.5” asphalt mill and fills for the following streets:
- The bidding period opens on January 9, 2020 and closes on January 31, 2020 at 12 pm. All interested parties should submit a sealed bid addressed to: Aaron Mitchell, City Manager 117 E. Orleans St. Otsego, MI 49078
- All contractors are expected to include proof of liability insurance and worker’s compensation insurance. The application will also require a performance bond.
- All hot mix asphalt must be kept to MDOT Tier 1 specifications (0-17% R.A.P.)
- The following itemized bid sheet must be included with submission (any additional items included in bid must be added, MDOT Code not required):
- Work must be completed by August 31, 2020.
- The City of Otsego will have the project and work professionally inspected.
